Responsibility of paramedics and first aiders regarding the regulatory extension of skills with the 12 additional gestures

Competence goes hand in hand with responsibility. What about the responsibility of the interveners following the extension of competences by regulatory means for first aiders and ambulance attendants? What about the co-responsibility of the employment authorities?

The interest of this intervention is to see all the consequences in terms of responsibility of the various stakeholders in order to secure these new professional practices.
